Michele Dial was sworn in to the Lakeland Board of 
Commissioners on December 6th, 2018.
She has previously served on the Lakeland Board of Commissioners.
Michele served as Vice-Mayor from December 2020 until January 2023.
Michele holds a B.S. in Education (Memphis State University) and a Master of Education (MEd) from the University of Memphis.
Michele's teaching career spans 25 years, and she is currently in her 9th year as an Assistant Principal at Bon Lin Elementary.
