the quality of life for all
who live and work in Lakeland.

a sense of community, which to
be fully realized requires a
clearly identifiable hub or
center to our town with
connecting links and focal
points throughout the city.

the natural character of the
city as a whole, which means
respecting the terrain and
environment in general.

a sense of uniqueness about

will not only draw people to
want to live here, but will
foster a desire to continue
